Unforgettable Favors: "General Information"

Unforgettable Favors is a family operated internet business located in San Francisco. All favors are designed and hand- crafted by Unforgettable Favors' owner Gilda Stefani. It's our mission here at Unforgettable Favors to provide unique products and quality service to make your next occasion an "unforgettable" one.

Personalized Ribbon is a free service we provide to customers ordering 10 or more favors.
Text of your personal message should be held to 40 characters maximum. Your message can be either written
in the addtional comments box provided upon checkout or emailed to us directly. If a preferred color of ribbon or color of text is requested, please let us know. Otherwise, we will use
our best judgement.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover is provided for your convenience while shopping at Unforgettable Favors. A secure connection is used for your safety. If you prefer to pay by check or money order, please choose the "Order by Mail" option on our shopping cart and send payment to the address listed below.

Shipping and Handling is a base fee of $4.95 plus an additional per item charge depending upon weight. When ordering online, shipping and handling is calculated for you before checkout. International orders include an additional surcharge of $15.00 (Parcel Post - Airmail). If ordering by check or money order and need help calculating the correct shipping amount, please email us and we'll be happy to assist you. California residents must add 8.25% sales tax.

Personalized orders (favors and personalized gifts) ship two to three weeks after payment is received. All other items ship within a week depending upon stocking. You will be notified within 48 hours if an item will be delayed in shipping.

There is a 30-day return policy for non-personalized items. These items will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Please call for a return authorization. There are no returns for items that are personalized.
